Use Data Connector with sources you are authorized to access.

Data Connector is operated by Loam, a product of Ship It! Software Limited. Your Loam account and subscription terms also apply.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to connect each source and permit its use with Claude. Use a least-privilege read-only credential, limit exposed schemas, comply with applicable law and upstream terms, and do not use the service to bypass network or access controls.

Service boundaries

The current product supports PostgreSQL live access. It does not promise synchronization, ETL, backup, transactional snapshots, uninterrupted availability, or protection from changes made independently in the upstream database.

Security

Technical controls reduce risk but no hosted service is risk-free. You remain responsible for database backups, credential rotation, source availability and reviewing Claude outputs before relying on them.

Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue features and update these terms. You may stop using the service by revoking authorization and removing connections.
