Data Connector support is provided by Loam. Signed-in users can open the feedback form in the Loam dashboard so the request carries the right account context without publishing an email address.
Connection test fails
- Confirm the hostname is public and its TLS certificate matches it.
- Confirm the database role has CONNECT, schema USAGE and relation SELECT.
- Confirm your firewall permits the Loam regional service.
- Rotate the password in the source and Loam, then test again.
Claude cannot see a source
- Confirm the connection is active and its schema policy includes the relation.
- Confirm your Loam workspace membership has not been removed or restricted.
- Reauthorize Data Connector in Claude if its authorization expired or was revoked.
Do not include passwords, connection strings, query results or sensitive database contents in a support request.
